Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

During high volume sale periods there can be delays with order processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 

To submit a return please use the link here to use our Return Center. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our Returns Center. Order cancellation can be requested within 1 hour of order placement, this resolution applies to PRE-ORDER items inclusive. Please note all orders canceled will be for store credit only.

Any products purchased can be returned for a store credit, or an exchange, within 14 days of delivery, unless marked "FINAL SALE". INAMORE only provides store credits and exchanges.

This resolution applies if:

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You have simply changed your mind
  • You received a faulty/damaged item
  • And, the return is requested and returned within 14 days of delivery

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control by the return team provided that: 

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)

Please note, all items marked with FINAL SALE, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

INAMORE reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will be invoiced to customer.

INAMORE can provide a Pre-Paid Return Label and invoice for $9.99. Please Note: INAMORE will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If shipping yourself, we suggest you insure your package and add tracking.

STORE CREDITS

A INAMORE store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a store credit code which you can use to repurchase another item.

Store Credits are valid for 180 days.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

Should you wish to return something you have purchased using AfterPay, the return process is still the same! Unless the item is deemed faulty by our team, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the item. 

Please note: Your personal agreement with Afterpay is separate to INAMORE. This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the customer.  

**If you have been approved for a refund in the case of a faulty item or special circumstance we ask that you continue to pay fortnightly until AfterPay have advised of an end to your repayment commitment with them. 

In case a refund was approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than 7-10 business days, please contact us at hello@inamore.com so we can investigate further for you. 

CHARGEBACK FRAUD DISCLAIMER

With the rise of chargeback fraud also known as Friendly Fraud, INAMORE has contracted Legal Counsel and Fraud Agents to investigate, pursue and respond to such types of fraud and claims.

If any person is found making false claims through our internal investigation OUR legal team has been instructed to pursue the matter criminally and or legally. Examples include, but are not limited to, reporting the crime to local authorities, collection placement, civil claim filing and reporting to the  FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. We take this matter seriously and will pursue these cases to the full extent of the law. Please note chargeback fees, collection and attorneys fees will be added.

Please note any person filing chargebacks to go around store policies will be subject to the above. 

Any chargeback filed will forfeit any store credits.

Order cancelations are not guaranteed, however can be requested 1hour of purchase. 

To request a cancelation please send an email to support@inamore.com with 'Cancelation' on the subject line, your order number (SY****) and your name.

Every Inamore design is drawn by hand from the vision of our founder Alina Petrone. The sketch then enters a complex journey to become reality, involving the expert work of our team of designers, technical illustrators and garment technologists in NYC - who refine it utilizing CAD software before sending its approved technical pack to our factory where seamstresses craft the sample. After undergoing multiple adjustments and fittings, final approval opens the door for full production.
