*Please allow a few business days for your tracking link to be updated. Orders marked as “pre-shipment” does not mean we have not shipped your order - carrier may be scanning more or less based on their workload. We do not have control over how fast an item will be in transit.

INAMORE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We kindly ask you ensure your shipping address is correct on packages before it leaves our facility. Lost/stolen packages are nonrefundable.
Once your order leaves our facility, It is at the liability of the carrier. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS or DHL office and file a claim through carrier as instructed. We cannot file claims on the addressee’ behalf.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
INAMORE is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times or incorrect shipping addresses.
If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order.

During high volume sale periods there can be delays with order processing. Whilst our team is working hard to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for this. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
If you are returning from the USA, CANADA, UK, or EU please use the link here to use our return portal. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, this resolution applies if;
The item does not fit you,You have simply changed your mindYou received a faulty/damaged itemAnd, the return request is submitted within 14 days of fulfillment
Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:
The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attachedThe item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)The item is returned to us within 30 days from purchase dateThe item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
Please note, all items marked with SALE, are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
INAMORE reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by INAMORE.
A INAMORE store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a store credit code which you can use to repurchase another item!
Store Credits are valid for 180 days.
Should you wish to return something you have purchased using AfterPay, the return process is still the same! Unless the item is deemed faulty by our team, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the item.
Please note: Your personal agreement with Afterpay is separate to INAMORE. This agreement still stands and it is the responsibility of the customer to continue in the scheduled fortnightly repayments. Any late fees associated with non-payment will be held liable to the customer.
**If you have been approved for a refund in the case of a faulty item or special circumstance we ask that you continue to pay fortnightly until AfterPay have advised of an end to your repayment commitment with them.
In case a refund was approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. If your refund has taken longer than 7-10 business days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate further for you.
