- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

All standard shipping orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. If your order is placed on Saturday/Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.
Expedited shipping orders placed before 11:30 AM EST Monday-Friday will be shipped that same day. If your order is placed after 11:30 AM EST your order will be shipped the following business day.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
We do our best to ensure that orders arrive at the time you expect them to. When selecting any express shipping method, please bear in mind that the carriers are only able to provide an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside the estimated delivery date. Inamore is not responsible nor has control over these situations.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped.
Shortly after checkout you will receive a confirmation email with all details regarding your order such as items purchased, shipping address provided, and an order number.
If your order is lost, please contact career using your tracking number to open a claim. Inamore is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new with all original tags attached. Items must not have been used in photoshoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. Please be careful of deodorant and makeup rubbing off on the item. Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
As long as the item(s) you are returning are not sale items, you may start a return request via our Return Center within 14 days of delivery, either for a refund to your original form of payment or for store credit. All returns must arrive back to us within 20 days of receipt. We are unable to accept returns beyond 20 days, and any items received after this period will be returned to you.
Made-to-Order items are eligible for store credit refunds only.
Domestic returns for a refund will be subject to a 15% return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for returns opting for store credit.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact hello@inamore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received at our warehouse without prior notice will be returned to the customer. In cases of damaged or faulty items, we will provide a replacement or repair. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to replace or repair the item.
Once we have received and accepted your return, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. For further questions, please contact your bank.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In order to receive a new size, you will need to place a new order. You can begin your return for a store credit or refund using the Return Center.

Made-to-Order means the item is not produced until after your order is placed. This allows us to minimize overproduction and offer exclusive, limited-run pieces crafted specifically for you.
All Made-to-Order items are size verified before we begin production. Once your order is placed, our team will reach out to confirm your size information to ensure the best fit.
Made-to-Order items typically require up to 14 business days for production before shipping. Please note that these items are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for store credit, as they are made especially for you.
If your item is on pre-order it will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. In certain situations, pre-order dates are subject to change. You will be notified via email if your pre-order date is changed. You will be charged for this item at checkout and it will ship out once we have available stock. International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

Please note that we cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. All eligible returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All products marked Sale are not eligible for a return/exchange.
No, there will only be one shipping charge for the order.
We advise our customers to check our size charts. You can find our sizing information on each product page. Please note, most of our products run small. If you're in between sizes, we recommend to size up. If you are unsure what size to order, please get in touch with us for assistance.
You do not need an account to place an order. However, to save your favorites and view your order history you will have to create an account.
