We offer same-day processing on all in-stock orders placed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking Updates
Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Orders marked as “pre-shipment” does not mean your order hasn’t been dispatched — sometimes carriers scan packages less frequently depending on their workload.
Transit times are estimates and may vary.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-Order items are crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. These pieces are not pre-produced.
Production time is up to 14 business days before shipping. The shipping method selected at checkout will apply after production is complete.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-Order items are not currently in stock but are expected to become available at a later date.
An estimated shipping timeframe will be indicated on the product page. Pre-Order items will ship once they become available.
If your order includes both in-stock and Pre-Order items, in-stock items will ship according to the standard shipping schedule, while Pre-Order items will ship separately once available.
The shipping method selected at checkout applies only once the Pre-Order item becomes available and affects how quickly the item will be delivered after shipment.
Estimated shipping timeframes are subject to change due to production or transit delays. Customers will be notified in the event of significant delays.
Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages
INAMORE is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Once your order leaves our facility, liability transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, you must contact your local USPS, UPS, or DHL office (depending on your shipping carrier) and file a claim directly.
We cannot file claims on behalf of the recipient.
International Duties & Taxes
INAMORE is not responsible for international duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not liable for:
- Unclaimed parcels
- Customs holding times
- Incorrect shipping addresses
If you choose to reject a parcel or refuse to pay duties/custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order.
