Refund policy

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please use our Return Center. We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked through the Return Center.
Order cancellations are not available after order placement, including Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item(s) does not fit you
  • You have changed your mind

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Tamper-evident return tag must remain attached and unaltered
  • Not used in photoshoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain
  • Free of marks, stains, makeup, spray tan, or any damage
  • No odors (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, detergent)
  • Shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Items returned with the tamper-evident return tag removed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Items failing quality inspection will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Note: Due to their delicate nature, crystal and metal items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-Order items are crafted after you place your order. We will reach out to confirm your size information before production begins.

  • Eligible for store credit refunds only 
  • Standard production time: up to 14 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as SALE are Final Sale — not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Items purchased with store credit cannot be refunded again.

Return Fees

  • Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
  • This fee is waived if you choose store credit.

Domestic (U.S.) Return Labels

For U.S. orders, we can provide a Pre-Paid Return Label and invoice a $10 fee.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please do not follow the normal return process.
Contact hello@inamore.com within 1 day of delivery, and we will assist you directly.

  • We will repair or replace faulty items.
  • Refunds are only issued if we are unable to repair or replace the item.
  • Any damaged items sent back without prior notice will be returned to you.

Store Credit Policy

  • Store credits are issued as a gift card or code.
  • Valid for 180 days.
  • Purchases made using store credit are final sale.
  • Items bought with store credit are not eligible for refund.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • By placing an order, you agree to this Return Policy.
  • Filing chargebacks/disputes through your credit card will forfeit your claim.
  • Attempts to bypass our store policies may result in legal action.
  • INAMORE is not responsible for damages caused by customer misuse of our return process
